Returns

What can be returned: Most items are returnable for a refund such as items where there's an issue with the decoration or the product itself, but we cannot accept returns for items with custom names and/or decorations or Items that show any wear. non-returnable items include:  LPN-RN Scrub Tops and Lab Coats, Surgical Tech Lab Coats and Staff items. Welding Fire Resistant Button Up Shirts are also a non-returnable item.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of original order and must be physically returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are done through the school for your convenience

Just follow these easy steps

1. Email Jaida@synergypromo.com stating that you wish to make a return. Please list your name, order number and items you wish to return

2. Place your item(s) into a bag or box with your name and order number written clearly

3. Drop your package off with Student Services in the front office of the LWTC campus

4. Look out for an email from Jaida@synergypromo.com for a follow-up

Once your items have been returned and verified, we will process your refund. 

Our team picks up returned orders during drop-offs so returns/refunds are not instant but shouldn’t take more than 7 business days. 

 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges, only returns and repurchases. If you wish to have an item exchanged, you must purchase the item(s) you need and then request a return and follow the steps above. Once your items are returned and verified, we will issue a refund.
